Our pricing model consists of a monthly basic fee and the costs for actual use. The basic fee covers basic access to Dibito, while the usage costs are directly related to actual usage.
We calculate the fees based on the number of business cases that you transmit via our platform. The higher the volume transmitted, the lower the price per business case. Please note the information below for the special case of donation requests.
Two-month test period
Discover Dibito without obligation with our two-month trial period!
No basic fees are charged during your two-month trial period. Our aim is to give you the opportunity to discover Dibito free of charge while ensuring maximum satisfaction. During the trial period, costs up to CHF 5 / month for the actual use of our product will not be charged. Any usage in excess of this will be charged to you. This gives you the opportunity to submit a handful of business cases and gain a better understanding of Dibito and eBill.
What are business cases?
eBill does not only recognize invoices, which is why it is generally referred to as business cases. Business cases are:
- Invoices
- Reminders / payment reminders
- Credit notes
- Notifications
- Installment payments
- Donation requests
The transaction fee is due regardless of whether a transaction is successfully completed or not.
Special case of donation requests
Upon successful completion of a donation request, i.e. as soon as the donation has been received, an additional commission is subsequently charged for this business case.
