Dibito keeps you up to date: Receive important events such as new invoice recipients or failed deliveries conveniently and immediately in your mailbox.
In the "Dibito" menu, go to the "Notifications" selection.
You can select any e-mail addresses to be notified of events.
The following events are available:
| Event | Description |
|---|---|
| New registration invoice recipient | A user has registered with you as a new invoice recipient in the eBill portal. He can now be found in the recipient list. |
| Deregistration by recipient | A previous invoice recipient no longer wishes to receive eBills from you. They can now be found in the recipient list with the status "Inactive". |
| Business case: Delivery failed | A new business case could not be validated and submitted to the eBill portal. It requires manual processing. |
| E-mail address of invoice recipient changed | An existing invoice recipient has changed their e-mail address in the eBill portal. Update this recipient in your system. |
